Buying Tickets
All tickets can be bought online (no booking fees) right up until 5 minutes before the show’s start time. You do not need to collect your tickets after buying online – just head straight to the venue.
Tickets can also be bought in person (card sales only) from our Box Office, upstairs at Sacro Lounge on Spring Gardens. This is open 12:30pm-10:00pm every day of the Fringe. (If there’s no one there, they’ll be back shortly!)

Attending the show
Underground at Spring Gardens
At Spring Gardens, there is no waiting area at the theatre itself, however we have a dedicated waiting area upstairs at nearby Sacro Lounge. You can wait for the show here and get a drink, which you can take into the theatre.
Alternatively, if it’s nice weather, you are welcome to queue outside the venue itself. The doors will open and customers will be admitted 5 minutes before the start-time of each show.
Underground at the Working Men's Club
There is a bar at the Working Men's Club open whenever shows are on, so feel free to arrive early to get a drink or to stay after the show to hang out. The bar will be open until late every day of the Fringe for post-show drinks and Fringe mingling.

Access
The buildings we are using this year are one or two centuries old and are not accessible by design. We have done our best to make them as accessible as we can. We are happy to make any adjustments we can to make the theatre welcoming and comfortable for everyone.
Seating inside both our theatres is unreserved and seats may be close together or offer little leg room. If you have any concerns please email boxoffice@underthefringe.com and we’ll be happy to make adjustments.
If for any reason you require a carer or assistant to attend the show with you, we can provide a free ticket for them – do contact us before booking so we can ensure there is space.
There are no official 'relaxed performances' scheduled in our programme, but we are happy to advise on shows that may be suitable. Advice on any content in shows that might cause distress or offence can be viewed on the show’s page in our programme.
Underground at Spring Gardens
The main entrance has four steps – total height 47cm. We have a temporary ramp to provide step-free access through this entrance but this may not suit all wheelchair users.
There is an alternative entrance at the back of the building which does offer step-free access. However, there are two doors to then reach the theatre and these are 72cm wide. The approach to this entrance also doesn’t have a footpath all of the way so may not be suitable for everyone.
If you use a wheelchair or require step-free access for any other reason, please email boxoffice@underthefringe.com in advance and we’ll confirm details.
There are no toilets in the theatre itself, however toilets and accessible toilets are available in nearby Sacro Lounge for those attending shows at Underground.
Underground at the Working Men's Club
Our space is downstairs and is accessed by a steep staircase and there is no lift. There is an alternative entrance around the side of the building but this does not currently offer step-free access either. It does however offer access via less steps so do get in touch if you think this may be helpful to you - boxoffice@underthefringe.com
There are toilets available at the venue but these are on the ground floor, the floor above the theatre.
